EXEC or VOCarb Carbon? Choose EXEC for standard air cleaning and VOCarb for higher pollution levels, VOCs, chemicals (formaldehyde, etc.), fumes, and odors.
Warranty: One year on parts and labor not including expendable parts such as pre-filters and filters.

Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Small items ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They usually do not need a delivery signature.
- Freight Shipping: Large or heavy items ship with a box truck to your curbside or loading dock. They will schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment is in your area.
Delivery Timeline:
- Processing: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order in our system.
- Handling Time: This product should ship out in days from the time it is processed.
- Transit Time: Ground orders take 1-5 business days. Freight shipments may take 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery Appointment: For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to set a delivery time. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment: Inspect your shipment for damage before signing the delivery receipt. For any issues, mark “DAMAGED, NEEDS REVIEW,” take photos, and contact us within 2-3 business days.
