The ISO-Grip Plate is the industry’s answer to a 360-degree easy-pick-up plate cleverly achieved by casting the hub thicker than the rim. The York Barbell 7’ International Olympic Barbell features high-quality North American-made steel. This bar has a 1500lb weight limit, 30mm bar diameter, and 16 ¼” loadable sleeves. It is a rigid bar that is excellent for performing static, highly controlled, slow movements such as squats, chest presses, and deadlifts.
