The Safety Squat Bar is a specialty training Olympic barbell outfitted with a built-in padded harness to reduce unnecessary strain on your shoulders. The bend of the weighted sleeves helps to stabilize your center of gravity while the comfortable handgrips give you more control of the bar during the lift, boosting the security and safety of the exercise. The hardened chrome finish offers corrosion resistance while the tight tolerances ensure an amazing performance.
