The TKO Dual Ab and Back machine is made with high gauge, durable, oval steel tubing and coated with a graphite colored paint finish for protection against ware, tear, moisture, chips, scratches and nicks. 

The machine is specially designed to save space and money by combining two commonly separate machines, into one compact, multi-function machine.

Train both your abs in a crunch style exercise or train your low back with a lower back extension exercise, or both at the same time. Both functions of the machine utilize one 170 Lb. weight stack that is more than sufficient for most users.
