Therasauna back rest and foot rest made of non-toxic Aspen wood. We make it easy to get even more comfortable in your TheraSauna® with our Aspen wood backrest/footrest!
The Original TheraSauna® foot rest is constructed of the same non-toxic wood as your TheraSauna® and then sanded to a smooth finish to be ready for use. The foot rest can be placed on the floor or used as an additional back support against the bench. Ordering an extra foot rest in addition to the TheraSauna® accessory kit is a great plus when the sauna is used by more than one person at a time.

Order Processing: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1–3 business days for order review and processing. If we need to confirm delivery details or there are any delays, we’ll reach out right away.
How Saunas Ship:
- Freight Delivery (Most Saunas): Sauna kits and larger models ship on a pallet via freight carrier and are delivered curbside.
- Parcel Shipping (Smaller Items): Accessories or small components may ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Estimated Delivery Timeline:
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Estimated Ship-Out: Typically ships in 1–2 weeks.
- Transit Time: Freight shipments typically take 3–10 business days once shipped.
- Delivery Appointment: The carrier will usually contact you to schedule delivery. An adult must be present to receive and inspect the shipment.
Important Delivery Notes:
- Curbside Delivery: Freight is delivered to the end of your driveway or loading area. Inside delivery or white-glove service is not included unless arranged in advance.
- Measure First: Confirm doorway widths, staircases, and access paths. Sauna kits ship in multiple boxes and/or pallets.
- Inspect on Arrival: Before signing, check for visible damage to packaging or pallet.
If There’s Damage: Note it on the delivery receipt (ex: “Damaged – subject to inspection”), take photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with next steps.
Warranty Coverage:
We are an authorized dealer, and all saunas include the full manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage terms vary by brand and model and are listed on the product page.
What’s Typically Covered:
- Manufacturer defects in sauna materials and components
- Heaters, controls, and electrical components per manufacturer policy
- Replacement parts shipped to you (labor not typically included)
What’s Typically Not Covered:
- Shipping damage not noted at delivery
- Natural wood variation, knots, or movement over time
- Improper installation, misuse, or operation outside manufacturer guidelines
- Electrical issues due to incorrect wiring or inadequate power supply
