The Austin Air Pet Machine Replacement Filter is engineered for homes with dogs, cats, birds, and other furry (or feathered) family members. This genuine replacement filter uses a specialized blend of impregnated carbon and mineral-based filtration.
While the HealthMate Plus also uses an impregnated carbon and mineral-based filtration, the Plus is designed for broader chemical sensitivities. The Pet Machine filter focuses on pet-specific air concerns — using more mineral-based filtration and a different (proprietary) impregnated carbon formula that’s optimized to adsorb ammonia-based smells and neutralize persistent pet odors at the source. With Certified HEPA material rated to capture 99.97% of airborne particles down to .3 microns and 99% of airborne particles down to .1 microns, such as dander, hair, allergens, and airborne bacteria. This also helps protect the tiny respiratory systems of your pets!

Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Small items ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They usually do not need a delivery signature.
- Freight Shipping: Large or heavy items ship with a box truck to your curbside or loading dock. They will schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment is in your area.

- Transit Time: Ground orders take 1-5 business days. Freight shipments may take 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery Appointment: For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to set a delivery time. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment: Inspect your shipment for damage before signing the delivery receipt. For any issues, mark “DAMAGED, NEEDS REVIEW,” take photos, and contact us within 2-3 business days.
