Fast-Ship vs Factory-Direct: Shipping timelines depend on the specific chamber model.

Forward 90 models: When available, these ship from our U.S. inventory in Chicago, Illinois for faster delivery.
All other models: Most soft shell and hard shell chambers, as well as any modified or customized configurations, ship directly from the overseas factory.

We carry inventory on what we believe are the best and most popular configurations to provide faster fulfillment when possible.

Typical Timelines

Order processing: 1–3 business days to confirm details and prepare the shipment.
U.S. stock shipments: After processing, transit is typically 3–5 business days, followed by delivery appointment scheduling.
Factory-direct lead times:
- Soft shell chambers: usually arrive 2–4 weeks after ordering.
- Hard shell chambers: usually arrive 6–8 weeks after ordering.
Handling note: Estimated ship-out timing for this product is days when applicable.

Delivery Method (Important)

All hyperbaric chambers ship via freight delivery and are delivered curbside (or to a loading dock for commercial locations). A signature is required.

Delivery appointment: The freight carrier will contact you by phone and/or email to schedule delivery.
Please be responsive: Missed appointments can result in delays or additional carrier fees.
Failure to accept delivery: May result in re-delivery, storage, or return freight charges.

How Your Chamber Arrives

Hard Shell Chambers: These typically arrive mostly assembled in large crates.

Plan for adequate access and manpower to receive and position the unit.
These are not “plug-and-play” deliveries and require preparation.
White glove delivery options (inside placement, packaging removal, assistance) may be available upon request.

Soft Shell Chambers: These typically ship on a pallet in multiple boxes.

Easier to receive than hard shells, but unpacking and assembly are still required.
Some boxes may weigh up to 250 lbs; please plan accordingly.

Inspection & Damage Claims

Please inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

If damage is visible, note it clearly on the receipt (example: “DAMAGED — NEEDS REVIEW”).
Take photos of the packaging, labels, and damaged areas.
