Made from soft 1" webbing, this Iron Neck Harness is one of the most comfortable and durable neck harnesses in the industry. Iron Neck Harness is made with adjustable industrial hook and loop fasteners, and it fits most head sizes. The harness is designed to get your neck strong. The harness can be used to perform the traditional weighted neck exercises or you can get creative with it and pull the sled or use bands and nylon tether.

What's Included:
The Alpha Harness includes a nylon tether strap to support small weight plates and 2X carabiners.

Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Small items ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They usually do not need a delivery signature.
- Freight Shipping: Large or heavy items ship with a box truck to your curbside or loading dock. They will schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment is in your area.

- Handling Time: This product should ship out in days from the time it is processed.
- Transit Time: Ground orders take 1-5 business days. Freight shipments may take 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery Appointment: For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to set a delivery time. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment: Inspect your shipment for damage before signing the delivery receipt. For any issues, mark “DAMAGED, NEEDS REVIEW,” take photos, and contact us within 2-3 business days.
