The Body-Solid Tools OB86FG Fat Grip Olympic Bar works like any other Olympic barbell but features a thick 2" grip diameter to help build grip strength and develop stronger and more muscular forearms in addition to the muscle groups targeted during regular barbell workouts.
Adding the thicker diameter makes for a more challenging workout emphasizing hand muscles, forearms, and grip strength, ultimately leading to more effectiveness in your lifts.
For a versatile workout, the OB86FG is ideal for deadlifts, squats, bicep curls, bench presses, incline presses, cleans, bent-over rows, and more. The 2" diameter sleeves are 15-3/4" long and can hold up to 600 lbs. in Olympic weights, allowing you to customize your workout routine to meet your fitness goals.
