Designed exclusively for use with the Powerline by Body-Solid PSM144X Powerline Smith Machine, the unit features a unique design that allows for both unilateral and bilateral movement. As a result, the resistance will be equal on both arms, so you'll develop your chest muscles faster and more effectively. The unit also includes a DuraFirm back pad for added comfort during your workouts.
Requires PLA144X Lat Attachment and PSM144X Smith Machine to use
