Precision engineered knurling on both the sides and center of the bar allow for a superior grip during all Olympic lifts, squats or CrossFit exercises. 15.25” sleeve length combined with a wide 30mm diameter allows to OB86P1000 to take on any weight up to 1,000 lbs.
