Achieve effective ankle strengthening and rehabilitation with Achilles Training Bands. Available in five resistance levels, these bands are perfect for recovery, injury prevention, and building strength.
From the ultra-light Gold level (3 lbs) for post-surgery recovery to the super-heavy Grey level (10.2 lbs) for advanced users, there’s a band for every stage of progress.
Resistance Levels:
- Gold (Lightest): 3 lbs – Perfect for post-injury or surgery recovery.
- Red (Light): 3.7 lbs
- Green (Medium): 4.6 lbs
- Black (Heavy): 7.3 lbs
- Grey (Super Heavy): 10.2 lbs – Ideal for elite athletes.
- Full Set Elite: Access all resistance levels and progress through every phase of your training. With a total of 60 bands, these are your go-to for ankle rehab and performance.

Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Small items ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They usually do not need a delivery signature.
- Freight Shipping: Large or heavy items ship with a box truck to your curbside or loading dock. They will schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment is in your area.
Delivery Timeline:
- Processing: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order in our system.
- Handling Time: This product should ship out in days from the time it is processed.
- Transit Time: Ground orders take 1-5 business days. Freight shipments may take 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery Appointment: For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to set a delivery time. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment: Inspect your shipment for damage before signing the delivery receipt. For any issues, mark “DAMAGED, NEEDS REVIEW,” take photos, and contact us within 2-3 business days.
