The Amerec AI-48 commercial steam shower generator is engineered for the most demanding commercial steam rooms with dimensions up to 2400 cubic feet (CF). The Amerec AI- series includes Two 3/4" NPT steam heads. Required control sold separately.
The AI-48 electric steam room boiler is suitable for one or two large steam showers with dimensions up to 2,400 adjusted cubic feet (ACF).
The AI-48 unit includes an ASME-certified pressure vessel for instant steam production, durable electronic components, electronic high-limit pressure control systems, water level sight glass, 3-level water sensing system with low water cutoff, and a variety of other noteworthy features.
Health clubs, resorts, wellness facilities, and other commercial sites rely on the dependable Amerec AI-48 commercial steam boiler for hands-off, automated operation. The Amerec AI Series of boilers are easy to maintain and include multiple safety features to minimize crucial downtime. AI boilers feature an all-steel exterior and stainless-steel feet to prevent corrosion.
The AI-48 is UL and cUL listed and complies with ASME requirements to ensure safety and quality. All AI Series generators are delivered pre-assembled and ready to install.
The Amerec AI-48 is available in 240V three-phase (9006-484), and 480V three-phase (9006-486) configurations.
The AI-48 steam bath generator requires the use of a control for operation. Controls allow facility operators to control temperature, duration, and other important steam room features. Select the available control with features that best suit your facility needs.
We recommend the addition of the ADI Automatic Drain System with your AI-48 unit which drains the generator tank to prevent sludge and scale build-up.

The weight or packaging of this product requires delivery by special appointment (LTL), and on a wooden pallet.
Please provide a contact number to facilitate the delivery appointment.
The driver is responsible for curbside delivery “only” and will lower the items to ground level. You are responsible for maneuvering the contents into their home or facility.

Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Small items ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They usually do not need a delivery signature.
- Freight Shipping: Large or heavy items ship with a box truck to your curbside or loading dock. They will schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment is in your area.
