The Amerec AI-42 commercial steam shower generator is engineered for the most demanding commercial steam rooms with dimensions up to 2100 cubic feet (CF). The Amerec AI- series includes Two 3/4" NPT steam heads. Required control sold separately.
The Amerec AI-42 commercial steam generator can power one or two large steam baths with dimensions up to 2,100 adjusted cubic feet (ACF).
The AI-42 unit comes with an ASME-certified pressure vessel for instant steam, durable electronic components, temperature safety system, sight glass, diagnostic systems using LED lights, 3-level water sensing system with low water cutoff, and a variety of other noteworthy features.

The AI-42 steam bath generator is UL and cUL listed and complies with ASME requirements to ensure safety and quality. All Amerec AI units are pre-tested and factory-assembled to assure that your generator is working perfectly.
The Amerec AI-42 is available in 208V three-phase (9006-423), 240V three-phase (9006-424), and 480V three-phase (9006-424) configurations.
The AI-42 requires the use of a control for operation. Controls allow facility operators to control temperature, duration, and other steam room features. Select the available control with features that best suit your preferences.
We recommend the addition of the available ADI Automatic Drain System with your AI-42 unit. The ADI Automatic Drain System performs daily draining of the boiler tank to reduce sludge and scale build-up.

The weight or packaging of this product requires delivery by special appointment (LTL), and on a wooden pallet.
Please provide a contact number to facilitate the delivery appointment.
The driver is responsible for curbside delivery “only” and will lower the items to ground level. You are responsible for maneuvering the contents into their home or facility.

Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Small items ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They usually do not need a delivery signature.
- Freight Shipping: Large or heavy items ship with a box truck to your curbside or loading dock. They will schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment is in your area.
