Ideal for use with shoes on, this plate provides the perfect fit for various shoe sizes:
- Small: 4-8
- Medium: 8-12
- Large: 12+
Both shoe plates are designed to optimize training and rehabilitation for all users.

Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Small items ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They usually do not need a delivery signature.
- Freight Shipping: Large or heavy items ship with a box truck to your curbside or loading dock. They will schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment is in your area.

- Transit Time: Ground orders take 1-5 business days. Freight shipments may take 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
