Review:
"Cooking Light Annual Recipes 1998" gives me easy-to-follow recipes with ingredients that I typically have in my cabinets and that, most of all, taste great and are in low in fat!
Some of my favorite recipes include a sun-dried tomato and white bean appetizer C an appetizer that I can eat (and enjoy!) without feeling guilty!
A few of the dinner recipes, I=ve been able to whip up and have on the table after 30 minutes from walking in the door after work.
Another helpful feature of the book is that it is organized by time of the year, giving me lots of organized meal ideas for entertaining in season!
