Adjusting the time you eat can help you lose weight.
It's best to eat most of your calories early in
the day and a light meal in the evening, studies show. People who do
that lose more weight than those who eat a lot of food at night. That's
because calories consumed early in the day have a better chance of
being burned off by your daily activities, stresses Dr. William Parham,
vice president - medical affairs for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of
North Carolina.
(So much for the dieters who choose to skip breakfast and eat a big dinner instead!)
